STUDENT CLEAN-UP NIGHT
As we do each year, students are assigned a night to stay after the performance and assist with clean-up. It is expected that one parent per student also plan to be there to help. With everyone's help, clean-up usually does not take more than about 45 minutes.
Students are assigned their night to clean-up based on what part they are involved in with the production. If you have a student in more than one role, they (and their parent) must do clean-up on both nights assigned (i.e. student is a dancer and vocalist, etc.)
Nights for 2008 clean-up are assigned as follows:
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 13 VOCALISTS/PARENTS
THURSDAY, FEB. 14 BAND/PARENTS
FRIDAY, FEB. 15 DANCERS/PARENTS
SATURDAY, FEB. 16 ACTORS/PARENTS
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 20 BUSSERS/SERVERS FROM CHOIR & PARENTS
THURSDAY, FEB. 21 BUSSERS/SERVERS FROM BAND & PARENTS
FRIDAY, FEB. 22 BUSSERS/SERVERS FROM DRAMA & PARENTS
SATURDAY, FEB. 23 ALL PARENTS
**On closing night students are not required to stay for clean-up. They will be dismissed immediately after the performance so that they can go to the cast party. On closing night, since we must take down and pack away all of the decorations, props, dishes, etc. clean-up takes longer and requires as many parent volunteers as we can get so make plans to stick around for this "bonding" experience!!!!!
